Abstract:

本发明首先采用软模板法合成了具有特定孔结构和比表面积的有序介孔碳材料,再通过溶胶凝胶(Sol-gel)法,将RuO2掺杂到有序介孔碳中得到用于超级电容器的有序介孔碳/RuO2复合电极材料,其中,RuO2的含量3~95wt%,该复合材料充分发挥了双电层电容和赝电容两者的优点:比容量高(其中最大比电容值达到950F/g)、倍率性能好、循环性能好,且价格相对低廉,为全面提高超级电容器材料性能提供了一种新途径。
