本发明公开了一种以甾醇皂甙为原料的食用油脂产品,在食用油脂基料中通过添加甾醇皂甙来制备食用油脂产品。本发明降低了产品饱和脂肪的含量,有效解决了食用油脂依靠反式脂肪和饱和脂肪等固体脂肪提供晶体结构的技术问题,提高了食用油脂产品的健康价值。
