Abstract:

本发明涉及基于多机组合式结构的大容量永磁同步电动机起动方法。所述起动方法为:起动时先对异步电动机施加全压电源,使得异步电动机的转子在电磁转矩作用下加速。由于大容量永磁同步电动机与异步电动机的转子同轴相连,受异步电动机驱动,大容量永磁同步电动机的转子同步加速,当测定大容量永磁同步电动机的转子的转速达到或接近额定同步转速时,电源从异步电动机切换至大容量永磁同步电动机;当大容量永磁同步电动机的转子转速牵入同步转速后,起动过程即告结束,投入带载运行。本发明起动电流显著减小;整个起动过程不存在附加磁阻转矩;且本发明成本低、方法简单,易于实现。
