Abstract:

本发明涉及一种数控刻楦机楦坯夹持机构,包括夹持转臂,其特征在于:所述夹持转臂下端连接有一轴心线与夹持转臂长度方向成一定夹角的液压缸,所述液压缸内设置有往复活塞,所述液压缸下端盖上设置有夹爪,所述夹爪两侧设有可沿夹爪轴心线往复滑动的一组滑块,所述往复活塞下端面经穿设于液压缸下端盖的活动推杆与滑块接触,所述活动推杆外侧还套置有复位拉簧,所述滑块下端斜面与夹爪下部周侧的斜契配合,迫使夹爪收拢,以夹持楦坯上端筒口,本发明设计合理,结构紧凑,工作可靠,解决了楦坯两头夹持无法一次完成鞋楦加工的缺陷,提高了加工效率。
