Abstract:

本发明涉及一种耐热改性竹纤维及其用于汽车制动摩擦材料的方法,所述耐热改性竹纤维是竹纤维经硼砂改性制成。再将经耐热改性的竹纤维与酚醛树脂、无机盐晶须及摩擦性能调节剂等制成复合摩擦材料,从而获得具有优良摩擦系数及其稳定性、磨损率小、抗热衰退性好的环保型汽车制动复合材料。采用本专利进行耐热改性的竹纤维,与未改性的竹纤维相比,竹纤维的耐热性得到显著提高,其制成的复合摩擦材料的高温摩擦磨损性能也得到明显改善。
