Abstract:

本发明提供一种低单体残留龙须菜吸水剂及其微波辐射制备方法,其制备方法步骤如下:将龙须菜粉末与水混合,在微波辐射下糊化;用氢氧化钠中和丙烯酸,依次将中和过的丙烯酸,丙烯酰胺、交联剂、引发剂和糊化过的龙须菜倒入反应器中,搅拌均匀,放入微波设备中辐射数分钟;将生成的白色蓬松状产物压碎,即得片状吸水剂。本发明以微波辐射辅助引发法代替常规加热法,大大缩短了反应时间,提高了反应效率,节约运行成本,所制备的产品最高吸水倍率达1102g/g,单体残留率范围为0.31%~1.16%,达到饱和吸水量的时间为10~30min。
