本发明提供了一种铅酸蓄电池化成防酸雾装置，包括下部具有与蓄电池加液出气口相对接的储酸壶，其特征在于：所述储酸壶上侧连接有酸雾吸收壶，所述酸雾吸收壶上排气口上设有多孔防酸雾隔爆片，该装置不仅结构简单，而且通过多层吸酸，可有效减少酸雾的溢出。
