Abstract:

本发明提供一种纳米碳管-二氧化硅凝胶玻璃的制备技术,本技术采用羧酸化、酰氯化、酰胺化三个步骤对CNTs进行表面改性、实现CNTs与APTES共价键合的基础上,采用溶胶-凝胶工艺将其引入到二氧化硅凝胶玻璃中。在水解-缩聚过程中,先驱液的TEOS、GPTMS、CNTs-APTES分别发生水解,并经过缩聚反应形成二氧化硅三维网络结构,而CNTs也借助于APTES而被化学键合到二氧化硅网络中,实现了在二氧化硅凝胶玻璃基质中的均匀分散,从根本上解决纳米碳管在基质中团聚问题,进而拓展纳米碳管的应用背景。
