Abstract:

本发明涉及一种晶须增强树脂基复合摩擦材料的制备方法,其特征在于, 包含下列制备步骤:将5~30份重量份数的碳酸钙晶须和70~95份重量份数的 聚醚醚酮原料在130~150℃温度下干燥3~5小时后混合,放入搅拌机内高速搅 拌混合8~10min;之后放入380~390℃热压模具模腔内熔融后,加压20MPa 使材料成型,保压8~10min后,随模具降温至100℃时,脱模冷却至室温;之 后在250℃温度下保温1小时,制得产品。本发明目的是以碳酸钙晶须增强聚醚 醚酮,从而获得具有摩擦系数小、磨损率低、承载能力强、成本低等优点的新 型高强度减摩耐磨复合材料。
