本发明是一种富氢水煤气变换反应催化剂及该催化剂的制备方法，它解决了现有富氢水煤气变换反应的催化剂或稳定性差、或催化活性差的缺陷；它包括金与氧化铁，还包括五氧化二铌、氧化铝、二氧化锆复合助剂；此外还公开了一种超声波与共沉淀技术相结合的催化剂制备方法。该催化剂在富氢条件下，具有很高的催化活性和良好的稳定性。
