一种含Bi的MCM-41分子筛，其特征在于该分子筛含有Bi及任选含有选自B、Sn、Sb、Al、Pb、Po、Zn、Mn、Ti、V、W元素中的一种或几种杂原子，其中B、Sn、Sb、Al、Pb、Po、Zn、Mn、Ti、V、W原子的总和/Bi原子的摩尔比为0～0.2，SiO2/Bi的摩尔比为10～250，该分子筛是通过直接水热合成法将所述元素结合到分子筛中，该分子筛可作为氧化反应催化剂。
