Abstract：
测量介质损耗是发现电气绝缘方面缺陷的最有效手段之一.本文提出了一种以单片机为核心,采用数字化处理技术的介质损耗测量方法,介绍了它的测量原理、硬件和软件的实现方法以及数据处理的有关算法,给出了用该装置进行测量的实验结果.
