改革开放以来,外资在促进我国经济发展中起到了很大的作用,可以说,外资成了我国经济增长的发动机之一.现在,我们己成为世贸组织的正式成员国,这将改善外商在中国投资的环境,从而吸引更多的外商来华投资.因此研究中国政府利用外商直接投资的挑战与对策必须提上日程.
