面对经济全球一体化,国内企业亟待提高国际竞争力.而目前国内大部分产业的企业过于分散、规模过小,缺乏竞争力,因此有必要通过创造成长环境、企业资产重组、政府规划等各种渠道,培育一批能与国外企业相抗衡的大企业.
