Abstract：
近年来国际贸易中有一种新形式的壁垒——专利壁垒正在逐渐形成,并且对我国呈现包围的趋势。发达国家利用专利设置了一道道贸易壁垒,一方面抵制了我国产品的进入,另一方面使他们的产品通畅地进入我国市场。认识和应对好专利壁垒,打好专利战,对发展入世之初的中国对外贸易很有意义。
