Abstract：
应用正交试验法研究非离子型聚丙烯酰胺和氯化铝六水合物的浓度、pH对西索米星发酵液过滤预处理过程的影响并确定适宜的絮凝工艺条件.结果表明:絮凝剂的浓度与pH对过滤过程的影响显著.最佳絮凝工艺条件为聚丙烯酰胺浓度0.125g/L、氯化铝六水合物浓度8g/L,pH5.经絮凝处理的发酵液过滤常数比未经絮凝处理的提高28倍.
