深入研究Origin软件的快速傅立叶变换(FFT)在A/D转换动态精度分析中的应用,整数周期内的数据点数是影响FFT分析精度的主要因素,通过对测量数据的点数进行重新处理,既可以保证主频的幅度基本不变,又可获得较正确的谐波的幅度.从而提高A/D转换动态精度分析的正确性.
