在大众化进程中,外在因素严重干扰高等教育的发展,我国高等教育的功能和使命正在偏离自身的轨道.回顾高等教育使命的形成过程,我们看到:当前在高等教育使命和质量问题上存在的错误认识.重塑高等教育使命,必须建立高等教育质量标准的思想.
