Abstract：
对淡紫拟青霉产几丁质酶的特性进行了研究.该菌处于液体几丁质胶体培养时产酶高峰出现在第7~8d,粗酶反应的最适温度为40℃,最适pH为4.在外加有机氮的几丁质粉末培养基中发生还原糖富集现象,致病性测定发现菌丝侵入线虫卵消化卵内容物而保持卵壳的完整,推测几丁质酶在侵染卵过程中起穿透卵壳几丁质层的作用,而不以几丁质为营养.
