Abstract:

用乙二醛交联剂、有机硅烷偶联剂、十二烷基琥珀酸酐乳液(DDSA)酯化剂分别对淀粉进行改性,通过正交试验得到耐水性能较好的改性淀粉的合成配方及反应条件为:10 g淀粉,0.3 g氯化镁,4.5 mL乙二醛,在40 ℃下反应35 min,所得交联淀粉的吸水率为19.48%,比原始木薯淀粉的吸水率35.4%低得多;KH-570有机硅烷偶联剂的量为8 mL,pH值控制在8.5左右,所得硅烷化淀粉的吸水率为20.85%;DDSA的量为7.5 mL,m(DDSA)∶m(壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚琥珀酸酯磺酸基钠盐)∶m(H2O)=1∶25∶46,pH值控制在8左右,所得酯化淀粉的吸水率为26.62%. 红外分析结果表明,改性后淀粉的-OH减少,从而使耐水性得到提高.
