Abstract：
由新鲜驴血浆离心得到的血清经冷冻,离心,透析,0.22μm滤膜过滤,经过两步Source 15Q离子交换色谱于HPLC进行纯化,得到3个含有驴血清白蛋白的峰.经SDS-PAGE电泳测定,其分子量在66.0kDa左右,纯度达到电泳纯.经PAGE电泳鉴定,均为单一驴血清白蛋白.此法步骤简单,用血量少,适用于实验室常规分析和研究.
