Abstract：
世界纺织品配额制度取消以来,欧美仍通过“特保”等手段频频对我国纺织品出口设碍,与此同时,我国纺织业现有的原材料和劳动力比较优势也在减弱消失。面对如此形势,我国应采取“换位思考”,以发达国家为戒,着眼未来,实现我国纺织业从比较优势向竞争优势的转化。
