面对经济全球化、信息化和产品生命周期缩短等一系列剧烈变化,竞争优势短缺已成为国内外企业关注的焦点。如何顺应形势、调整经营理念、获取持续竞争优势,已成为我国百货业面临的紧迫课题。本文分析了顾客让渡价值理论的内涵,指出了百货业重视顾客让渡价值理论的动因,并就福建东百商场扩大顾客让渡价值理论的成功实践进行探讨.以期对百货业的发展有所裨益。
