Abstract：
产业集群所表现的强大的竞争优势,引起我国政府和学术界的高度重视。本文在已有研究的基础上,分析了交易的专用性与产业集聚的关系,建立了企业选择交易实现方式的模型,对产业集聚的形成机理进行分析。并提出了对我国发展产业集群的启示。
