通过对福州近代居住建筑的普查和文献考释,结合测绘研究,探讨了福州近代居住建筑的典型类型.并从“类”的角度,分析阶级差异、家族文化、生活习俗、民间信仰崇拜、风水观念等因素在近代的传承与演变.进而剖析近代中西建筑文化的交融现象.
