淬火温度及保温时间对低碳高铬铸铁耐磨性能的影响

Abstract:

通过滑动和滚筒式磨损试验及金相组织观察,研究了淬火温度及保温时间对低碳高铬铸铁耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:低碳高铬铸铁选择在1050℃淬火,可获得比980℃淬火温度下更好的耐磨性能:随着高温保温时间的延长,低碳高铬铸铁的磨损率降低幅度较大,耐磨性能提高。
