Abstract：
许多传统行业均有保护神崇拜的习俗,“茶神”却不多见。古有炎帝神农氏尝百草而发现茶叶解渴提神的传说,但无人将他作为茶神。陆羽因一部《茶经》成为中国古代茶文化集大成者,也只是“茶圣”,并没有被当成“茶神”。虽然全国没有统一的茶神传说,但在福建闽北茶产区却拥有茶业保护神——张三公崇拜的习俗。
