Abstract：
我国产业集群普遍存在着“高投入、高消耗、高排放、低收益”的特征,在资源短缺、环境恶化的制约下,急需转变发展方式,走节约型道路。据此,本文提出了节约型产业集群的概念,并对我国节约型产业集群的内涵、运作模式及其构建等问题进行了探讨。
