我国证券市场作为资本市场的主体和排头兵,以1990年上交所成立为主要标志,得到了迅速发展并初具规模,在国民经济的发展中起到愈来愈重要的作用。十多年来,福建省在促进企业上市方面做了大量的工作,为福建上市公司的发展创造了较好的环境。
