从硬件建设和软环境两个层面分析制约福建港口经济腹地拓展的原因,硬件建设主要从公路、铁路和港口建设3方面进行分析,软环境主要从管理职能、港口功能、建设环境、通关环境、运输费用等5方面进行分析,进而提出港口腹地拓展方向。
