Abstract：
人力资源是第一资源。当前国内高校人才引进工作普遍取得进展,但依然存在着不尽如人意的方面,应引起我们的高度重视。从人才引进工作面临的困境出发,结合工作实践,从引进的指导思想、形式、渠道等多个方面不断完善高校人才引进机制,并处理好引进、培养与管理三者间的关系。
