Abstract:

摘要:在氨基磺酸盐溶液中获得了纳米M镀层和复合结构Ni—ZrO2镀层,两种镀层试样在4%NaCl溶液中进行耐蚀性能测试。利用x射线衍射、扫描电镜技术对镀层进行结构、形貌分析发现,Ni—ZrO2复合镀层表面颗粒更为细小,显微组织更加均匀、致密。腐蚀性能试验表明复合电镀层的耐蚀性优于纳米镍镀层的原因是因为纳米ZrO2颗粒的存在,不仅细化了基质金属的晶粒,同时提高了复合电镀层表面的化学稳定性,提高了腐蚀电位。
