Abstract：
针对当前涉密文档在网络传输过程中所面临的安全难题,提出一种基于WebServices的保密传输系统解决方案。通过Apache Axis构建专用的WebServices,为通信各方提供实时的加解密、消息认证和数据压缩等安全Web服务,可以有效地提高通信系统的工作效率和安全性。
