Abstract:

本文以阿霉素为模型药物,Fe3O4为磁核材料,单体乙烯吡咯烷酮为基质,通过反相乳液聚合方法制备了阿霉素磁性毫微粒,对其体内外释放性进行研究。结果发现,在体外释放研究中,毫微粒存在突释现象,72h时达到平衡,缓释效果较好;在给定同样剂量条件下,阿霉素溶液刚开始时获得较高血药浓度,但血药浓度又很快降低,在12h时血药浓度已经很低,而载药毫微粒在体内的消除较慢,在24h依然保持一定浓度,表现出一定的缓释性。
