Abstract：
独立学院师资队伍建设是一项艰巨而又紧迫的任务,关系到独立学院的生存和发展,是独立学院提高办学质量的必要前提。本文以福州大学阳光学院作为福建省独立学院的代表,分析了师资队伍建设中出现的各种问题,尤其是社会保障政策问题,并提出了相关建议。
