大黄素拥有利尿、引起血管舒张、抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤等多种生物活性。但由于大黄素本身水溶性差、毒副作用大等缺点.近年来对大黄素的结构修饰得到了广泛的关注。本文综述了近年来国内外大黄素衍生物的最新合成进展,重点介绍一些具有较高生物活性的大黄素衍生物的合成报道。
