Abstract:
采用溶胶-凝胶法,以正硅酸乙酯和γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷为前驱液,将Eu^3+和CdSe量子点以物理掺杂的方式引入复合SiO2凝胶玻璃基质,成功制备了Eu3+/CdSe量子点掺杂复合SiO2凝胶玻璃。采用紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱研究复合SiO2凝胶玻璃的光学性能。结果表明,Eu^3+、CdSe量子点及SiO2凝胶玻璃基质之间存在着强烈的电荷和能量传递现象。
