科研团队是高科技企业的核心人力资本,构建有效的激励机制是激发团队成员的创新动力,保证企业持续创新的关键。文章分析高科技企业的契约特性及其人力资本价值,根据科研团队的特性,提出相应的激励机制设计,以期实现最优的激励效果,从而提高科研团队的创新能力。
