论文通过借鉴世界著名出版商和佛罗里达大学使用CRM系统的经验,以福州大学图书馆为例,构筑了一个适合高校图书馆在线解决用户在电子期刊访问中所遇问题的CRM系统工作环境,以此快速解决用户在电子期刊访问中所遇问题。
