义务教育的均衡发展是实现教育公平的基础。如今,九年义务教育在我国已基本普及,但义务教育发展的不公平现象仍然较为严重。本文重点分析并阐述了我国义务教育的现状,并提出了促进义务教育公平发展的政策建议。
