Abstract：
分析了当今电子商务交易的特点以及网络商标侵权现象的原因。认为鉴于网络空间的虚拟性、直接侵权人分布的广泛性,网络交易平台提供商的侵权责任认定应该首先认定网络交易平台提供商的法律地位,其次是确立具体的认定标准。
