Abstract:

以马尾松硫酸盐浆纸浆纤维素为原料,利用热溶胶转相法,在纤维素再生过程中将荆树皮栲胶包埋在纤维素基体上,制备出包埋型球形纤维素吸附剂ESCA,并考察其对盐酸小檗碱的吸附效果。结果表明,当荆树皮栲胶用量为1.00%,碳酸钙用量为6.67%,明胶用量为3.33%,油酸钠用量为0.50%时,制得的吸附剂ESCA的含水率为73.2%,比表面积为436.2m2/g,荆树皮栲胶的包埋率为98.26%。当盐酸小檗碱初始质量浓度为200mg/L,溶液pH值为7,吸附时间为3.0h,吸附温度为30℃时,ESCA对盐酸小檗碱的吸附率为95.28%,平衡吸附容量为23.82mg/g。
