Abstract：
弧齿锥齿轮作为重要的传动件,其力学性能要求高。采用有限元软件DEFORM-3D对弧齿锥齿轮冷闭塞锻造过程进行了模拟,获得了弧齿锥齿轮的冷锻应力应变分布规律及成形载荷曲线,并且从理论上对锻件齿面的开裂区域进行了预测。研究结果对提高弧齿锥齿轮冷锻件的成形质量具有重要的指导意义。
