Abstract:

通过实地调查发现,当前劳动密集型企业工资调整机制深受员工“用脚投票”的影响,面对劳动力资源市场中的竞争压力,企业在职业经理人的建议下会被动地将工资与福利待遇提高。这种工资调整模式在理论上接近于均衡价格工资理论,但是,劳方通过“用脚投票”和企业通过“亡羊补牢”调整工资的模式对于博弈双方都带来利益损害,企业还需要引进工资集体协议机制以主动调整工资。
