文中从应急物流的研究现状和福建省应急物流发展态势分析入手,分析出目前福建省应急物流体系不完善,体系不健全等问题。随后,结合《物流业发展中长期规划(2014—2020年)》的精神,为福建省加快构建应急物流体系设计了基本框架。
