Abstract:

以废油炸油为原料,应用响应面法(Response Surface Methodology,RSM)优化均相碱催化制取生物柴油的工艺条件。分析醇油摩尔比、碱性催化剂(NaOH)含量和反应温度对生物柴油产率的影响。实验结果表明当醇油比7.32∶1,反应温度54.41℃,催化剂含量为0.88%时,生物柴油的产率最高为90.46%,与模型预测结果基本吻合。所得到的生物柴油经GC-MS分析,主要含碳个数为16~20,热值为41.82 MJ/kg,与轻柴油相近。
