Abstract:
目的:验证表象训练对儿童焦虑情绪的干预效用。方法:使用修订后的焦虑量表,筛选出焦虑水平高于中国常模的儿童22名,对其进行表象训练。结果(1)被试的表象清晰度提高显著;(2)被试的后测焦虑量表得分显著低于前测。结论:(1)表象训练有助于提高小学中高年级的表象能力;(2)本研究的表象训练程序能够降低小学中高年级学生的焦虑情绪。
