采用化工流程模拟软件PROII对三氟硝基苯的减压精馏过程进行模拟优化,确定出三氟硝基苯粗分塔的最佳操作参数为:32块理论板,第19块板进料,采出量450kg/h,回流量与进料量的比值0.25,为实际工业操作提供理论指导。
