Abstract：
环境侵权行为具有社会性,其受害人应当基于这一特性通过社会化救济的途径获得补偿。文章主要就社会化救济中的环境责任保险制度和基金救济制度的构建进行初步的探索,并对社会化救济和生产者责任延伸制度的结合提出一些看法。
