Abstract:

采用氧化焰快速烧成制备了高压电瓷,研究了氧化铝添加量和烧成工艺对高压电瓷烧结特性、结构和性能的影响。结果表明:氧化焰快速烧成(14 h)制备了致密高压电瓷,高压电瓷密度、介电常数、弯曲强度均随氧化铝含量增加先增加后降低。当氧化铝含量为5%时,高压电瓷综合性能最佳:密度2.62 g/cm3,开气孔率〈0.6%,电阻率8×1012Ω·cm,介电常数6,弯曲强度93 MPa。
